Home Equity with the REX Agreement
In 2013, we began implementing a program in conjunction with FirstREX that allows franchisees to turn their home equity into business equity. The REX Agreement allows homeowners to turn part of their home equity into cash, so that they can invest in their Fully Promoted business without acquiring additional debt.
Under the agreement, FirstREX will make an equity investment into an individual residential property and pay the homeowner up to 12.5 percent of the home’s value. The homeowner pays no interest or payments to FirstREX. Instead, the company will make its return on investment when the home is sold, up to 30 years after the agreement is made. Equipment and Brand Financing
We have several financing partners, including the Omni Leasing Company, that offer opportunities to help our franchisees finance their equipment. Additionally, franchisees may also seek certain financing opportunities through Fully Promoted or other third-party financing vendors. VetFran for Veterans
We have the utmost respect for the men and women who have served in the military. We’re committed to helping our veterans succeed as franchisees after their service comes to an end. That’s why we offer special discounts and financing offers to veterans. Depending on the duration of service, veterans will receive up to 10 percent off their franchise fee.
