As the Chief Executive Officer of United Franchise Group, Ray Titus founded and currently oversees several successful business-to-business brands: Fully Promoted, Signarama, SuperGreen Solutions, and Transworld Business Advisors. Ray has consistently been acknowledged for his exceptional leadership and entrepreneurial skills: He was named Ernst & Young’s Florida Entrepreneur of the Year in 2007, as well as the Counselor International Person of the Year.

Joe Loch

Joe’s broad based business skills and experience working with small business owners is a perfect fit to lead the Fully Promoted team. Joe has brought over 25 years of experience leading teams, growing sales, and improving processes to UFG. Most recently, in his eight years at Hickory Farms, with over 500 corporate stores and 100 franchisees, Joe held executive level positions overseeing retail store sales, supply chain, B2B gifting sales, and franchise management. Joe grew up in Maryland and graduated from Towson State University.


Evan Foster

Christine Marion

With close to 15 years’ experience in franchising, Evan Foster leads the Fully Promoted brand and its growth in Australia. His sales and marketing background has helped grow Fully Promoted from a start-up in 2004 (as EmbroidMe) to an established market leader today, overseeing the growth of the brand to close to 60 locations nationally. Starting at United Franchise Group (Fully Promoted’s parent company) in 2006 in a Support role, Evan knows every facet of the business and works closely with the support and recruitment teams to help the brand continue to flourish.
