Our Heritage and Global Strength

Our franchise was established in 2000 by Ray Titus in Florida as a family business. In 2004, the brand launched into the Australian market as EmbroidMe, with a specialised focus on embroidery and promotional products. To better reflect our expanded suite of branded apparel and services, the company rebranded to Fully Promoted in 2017, positioning us as a true one-stop destination for businesses.

Today, Fully Promoted stands as a global powerhouse with over 250 locations operating across more than 11 countries.

Ray Titus, CEO of United Franchise Group, has spent four decades building one of the world’s most successful franchise organisations. Inspired by his father, Roy Titus, founder of Minuteman Press, Ray founded Signarama in 1986 and has since grown UFG to more than 1,800 franchises across 80+ countries, with Fully Promoted as one of its flagship brands. A hands-on leader driven by growth, positivity, and family, Ray works closely with executives, franchisees, and suppliers to drive results and uncover opportunities, bringing the same practical guidance to our Australian franchise network that has helped thousands of franchise owners worldwide build thriving businesses.

His commitment to franchising extends beyond business: Ray established the Titus Center for Franchising at Palm Beach Atlantic University and the UFG Foundation to advance education and opportunity in the industry. His leadership has earned recognition, including the Presidential “E” Award, the American Free Enterprise Medal, and Counselor International Person of the Year. Andrew Titus

President of Fully Promoted

Andrew Titus is a driven and motivated professional with a strong background in business and sales. Born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in management and marketing from Samford University. Throughout his career, he has consistently proven his ability to excel in leadership roles, starting as a Franchise Development Representative and working his way up to his current position as President of Fully Promoted and Executive Vice President of Development at United Franchise Group (UFG).

Throughout his journey, Andrew has received numerous awards and accolades, including being named UFG’s MVP in 2021 and receiving the UFG Sales Award in 2020 and 2021. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing the development of Fully Promoted and driving revenue and unit growth for the company. Andrew’s strengths include his ability to excel in sales and leadership, as well as his relentless desire to improve and be the best. In his free time, he enjoys sports and playing piano.
